Tom Blake Senior Vice President, Advertising & Digital
Tom has more than a decade of experience in managing omnichannel behavior change campaigns and currently serves as the leader of Fenton’s Paid Media practice group.
Before joining Fenton, he served as Deputy Digital Director for the Reshma Saujani campaign for NYC Public Advocate in 2013. He then joined the team at Global Citizen, where he managed more than $10,000,000 in digital advertising and email outreach to grow one of the largest advocacy programs in the global development sector. Later, he also served as Digital Director at Families for Excellent Schools, where he helped design pressure campaigns to push the New York State legislature to enact key progressive education reform bills. In that role, he also managed more than $12,000,000 in media buys for the 2016 “Yes on 2” Ballot Measure campaign in Massachusetts.
Since joining Fenton, Tom has been responsible for growing our paid media practice from the ground-up. He has also played a pivotal role in many of our highest-profile election outreach efforts. Some of his key projects include: helping turn the Senate blue by leading the media buying strategy with the New Georgia Project during the 2020 Senate run-off election, leading a coordinated 2020 census advertising campaign between LA County Government and more than 100 community-based organizations, helping the NY Campaign Finance Board reach millions of voters with important election information, and acting as media lead for the LA County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk in their ongoing efforts to inform voters and build trust in the election system as a whole.
More broadly, Tom also has a background in HIV advocacy and the queer rights movement. He is a co-chair of Prism, Fenton’s LGBTQ employee resource group. He is an alum of Act Up New York and a co-founder of the grassroots advocacy group PrEP4All, co-leading the successful communications campaign to #BreakthePatent on Truvada, the life-saving HIV prevention. He is also a member of the Victory Fund’s Campaign Board.

Ana Karina Palacio Associate Vice President
Ana Karina Palacio is an Associate Vice President, Digital in Fenton’s LA office. She combines her experience in digital and media to create effective advocacy and fundraising programs that drive results both online and offline.
Ana has wide-ranging experience in digital communications, advocacy and media production. She is passionate about creating community-based, creative and accessible campaigns that speak to diverse audiences across multiple languages. From directing an ad shoot for a leading nonprofit with just a day’s notice to running email and online advertising programs for candidate campaigns, IEs, unions and nonprofits, Ana prides herself on helping clients meet their needs.
Hailing from Mexico, Ana graduated from UCLA, where she studied political science, global studies and geography.

Elisa Campbell Associate Vice President, Advertising
Elisa Campbell, an Associate Vice President, Advertising at Fenton, provides clients with integrated advertising solutions that bridge creativity and data for impactful outcomes. With a proven track record in multichannel planning and agency partnerships, Elisa has demonstrated her ability to deliver successful strategies and drive results.
Before joining Fenton, Elisa honed her skills at Assembly Global in partnership with SKDK Communications in New York City from 2020 to 2023. There, she led the paid media strategy for the NAACP Civil Engagement & GOTV Campaign across 30 media markets in both 2020 and 2022. Elisa's strategic influence played a pivotal role in the historic success of the Wes Moore for Maryland Governor campaign in 2022 and the highly contested 2021 Shontel Brown for Congress OH-11 race. Her leadership also extended to spearheading the GNYHA (Greater New York Hospital Association) COVID Hospitals Effort in 2020, showcasing her ability to drive campaigns with innovation and effectiveness.
Her professional journey is characterized by a narrative of strategic acumen, pushing boundaries, and a seamless alignment with Fenton's mission of creating a lasting impact on communities and fostering positive change.

Mick DiMaria Associate Vice President, Creative Director
Mick DiMaria is an Associate Vice President, Creative Director at Fenton, where he uses his extensive experience in creative marketing and the social impact space to develop campaigns that drive behavior change. He supports the advertising and creative teams by leading the conception and execution of innovative strategies for both new and existing clients.
Mick's goal has always been to create content that engages and inspires meaningful action. His career spans roles as a Creative Director at organizations such as Participant, SoulPancake, and 72andSunny. He has partnered with esteemed brands, non-profits, and high-profile figures to produce award-winning work recognized by Cannes Lions, Effies, Social Good Awards, and Fast Company's World Changing Ideas. His clients have included the National Domestic Workers Alliance, It Gets Better Project, Obama Foundation, Truth Initiative, and more.
Outside the office, Mick enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, volunteering in his community, as well as making homemade pasta and exercising (often at odds with each other). A Los Angeles resident, Mick graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Advertising and Psychology. His passion for storytelling and dedication to progressive causes make him a key player in Fenton’s mission to win over both hearts and minds.

David Garcia Account Executive
David Garcia is an Account Executive at Fenton, where he utilizes his previous administrative experience and organization skills to assist stakeholders and account teams, while they implement strategies to make lasting changes with clients. David supports the organization at every level, aiding in the execution of these strategies that move the needle on issues he is passionate about.
David’s goal has always been to provide the best holistic organizational support to promote effective operations. His prior experience with the City of Los Angeles and Hannibal Industries, the largest steel manufacturing company in the west, led to his position at Fenton.
Outside the office, David spends his time with a myriad of passions, from community journalism, pursuing an AA in Architecture, dancing to Hip-Hop and being an avid community voice for environmental justice within his community. Originally from the Golden State, David graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing Communications. He’s happy to trade his books for good movie recommendations.

Elena Saunders Associate Vice President
Elena Saunders is an Associate Vice President at Fenton, where she utilizes her previous experience in digital advocacy campaigning and communications to implement strategies that build people-powered movements online to advocate for causes that make a lasting impact. Elena works to execute multifaceted advocacy campaigns for social change with the development of digital persuasion and mobilization strategies for nonprofit and issue-based organizations.
Over the past several years, Elena has developed successful digital advocacy campaigns to persuade and mobilize constituents across the country. These efforts helped pass historic progressive legislation including Maryland’s Time to Care Act, and Illinois’ Cannabis Regulation and Taxation Act, Gun Dealer Licensing Act, and Reproductive Health Act.

Madeline Mardiks Senior Account Executive
Madeline Mardiks is a Digital Account Executive at Fenton, where she utilizes her digital skills to help clients create and build impactful digital campaigns. Madeline’s experience building digital campaigns for a wide range of organizations allows her to approach clients’ digital programs with a unique perspective and drive to think creatively while strategically developing successful campaigns.
Driven by a passion for social justice, Madeline uses her experience within different areas of digital, such as social media management, email fundraising, and web and graphic design to create long lasting impactful social and political change. Madeline’s prior experiences at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee and National Democratic Redistricting Committee led to her position at Fenton. Madeline graduated from American University with a degree in Justice, Law, and Criminology and a minor in Spanish.

Molly Spillman Digital Account Director
Molly Spillman is a Digital Account Director in Fenton’s D.C. office. She uses her previous background in digital fundraising and paid media to support the creation of smart digital advocacy campaigns. Molly’s experience working for a wide range of political and nonprofit clients allows her to think creatively and work effectively under deadline for Fenton’s digital clients.
Molly has deployed a variety of digital tactics for political campaigns, nonprofits, labor unions and IEs alike. From leading email and advertising programs, to designing graphics for print and digital, she enjoys making an impact in the progressive space through engaging content. Molly graduated from Kent State University in 2019 where she studied public relations.

Wardah Imran Senior Account Executive, Advertising
Wardah Imran is a Senior Account Executive, Advertising at Fenton, where she utilizes her background in civil rights advocacy and digital strategy to build meaningful, comprehensive campaigns that drive people to take action across a variety of social issue spaces. Her passion for social justice work began during her time as a student activist at Long Beach State University, where she graduated as a double major in sociology and journalism.
Her work experience includes communications support at the ACLU and digital consulting at RALLY. Having worked at community-focused and impact litigation organizations before finding her specialty within the world of digital advocacy, she comes with an understanding of the importance of equity and intersectionality in the work that we do.
A Southern California native, Wardah likes to spend her time by large bodies of water in the sunshine.

Stacey Arévalo Account Director
Stacey Arévalo is an Account Director at Fenton, where she utilizes her previous legal experience and journalism skills to implement bilingual communication strategies that make lasting change. Stacey supports the account teams in many ways to execute strategies all over the United States, but primarily in California.
Stacey has a demonstrated commitment to advancing and empowering the Latinx community in the United States. Her prior experience with CARECEN, the Central American Resource Center in Los Angeles, CA, led to her position at Fenton. Stacey graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge with a double degree in journalism and Central American studies and a minor in Spanish-language journalism.

Desiree Dozier Vice President
Desiree Dozier is a Vice President at Fenton, where she draws upon her 10 years of diverse agency experience across corporate and consumer public relations, CSR, and diversity, equity & inclusion to build and implement custom communications strategies that further clients’ missions. Desiree leverages her skills in media relations, messaging, and purpose-driven storytelling to leave a lasting impact and drive meaningful awareness for the issues that matter most to her and her clients.
After developing the first-ever DEI program for her former corporate client, Desiree has been motivated toward a career in social change. Her prior experience building the Diversity in Design Pipeline initiative in partnership with the Interior Design Society, which focuses on fostering inclusion in the design community, led to her position at Fenton.
Desiree spends her free time traveling, cooking, and enjoying long walks with her Pomeranian, Periwinkle. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Desiree began her career in the publishing industry, where she honed her writing skills and learned the ins and outs of media, before transitioning to the electrifying world of public relations. Desiree graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in communication from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
