Are you a highly connected and passionate individual with a knack for building relationships and driving awareness? We’re seeking a dynamic Network and Influencer Manager to spearhead the promotion of independent films dedicated to raising awareness of critical social impact issues.
Fenton is the social change agency taking on the world’s toughest challenges in human rights, social and economic justice, environment, education, and public health. Primed with deep issue expertise and powered by the creativity and passion of 100 professionals working across the country, we create strategies for clients to help build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world. A fast-growing and award-winning agency, we lead the industry in diverse representation, as 51% of our entire staff and 52% of our leadership team are people of color. We are women-led, as 72% of our staff are women.
We are launching a new endeavor to increase viewership of independent films that raise awareness of important social impact issues. We partner with national nonprofits and social-impact influencers to create affinity-driven theatrical runs for independent films, reaching 10,000 – 75,000 paying patrons per release. Each film is supported by a network of nonprofit partners and cause-aligned influencers, activated through tools like Gathr, Kinema, and Captiv8.
Overview:
We are seeking a Nonprofit Network & Influencer Manager to build and manage the dual community infrastructure:
- The Nonprofit Network – a coalition of 500+ national nonprofits signing MOUs to support our films.
- Cause-First Influencer Networks – tailored groups of influencers per film, driving awareness, ticket sales, and donations.
This is a hands-on, builder role: you will create systems, relationships, and workflows from the ground up. You’ll be both boots on the ground in outreach and a systems thinker who can track, tier, and optimize engagement.
Success in this Role Looks Like
- 100+ national nonprofits signed into our coalition by January 2026 and 500+ within Year 1.
- Active A- and B-tier nonprofit segmentation supporting each film.
- 50-200 influencers engaged per campaign, driving measurable ticket sales.
- Smooth setup and execution of on-demand theatrical runs with 10,000–75,000 paid patrons per film.
- Streamlined reporting and dashboards that show nonprofit + influencer impact clearly to internal leadership and external partners.
This role is both strategic and tactical: perfect for someone who has built coalitions before but also thrives in the day-to-day of outreach, spreadsheets, and software tools.
If you’re ready to use your influence to make a difference, we want to hear from you! Please include your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with event or screening platforms (Gathr, Kinema, Eventbrite, or similar).
- Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication for outreach and follow-up, and interpersonal skills for coalition building.
