Sheila Rodriguez is an Account Director at Fenton. Driven by her passion to create a more just and equitable world, she uses her communications, public affairs and marketing expertise to implement innovative and compelling strategies that raise public awareness and inspire social change. A creative storyteller, she has spearheaded numerous communications campaigns for various organizations, including government agencies, non-profits and advocacy groups.
Sheila joins Fenton from the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, where she managed the internal and external communications for its Ambulatory Care Network. Additionally, when the COVID-19 pandemic began, Sheila assisted with the County’s COVID-19 response effort by serving as a Public Information Officer for the Los Angeles County COVID-19 Community Testing program to provide public affairs, media relations and community outreach support. Prior to her work with the County of Los Angeles, Sheila also developed and implemented strategic communications and marketing plans for the Loyola Marymount University School of Education, First 5 LA and Finn Partners.
Sheila graduated cum laude from California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in Chicano Studies.
