Olivia Idris is an Account Director at Fenton, where she supports organizations working on racial justice, democracy, civic engagement, civil rights and child and family well-being.
She develops and implements media and messaging strategies for Fenton clients, including the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Center for Evaluation Innovation, Color Of Change, Stop AAPI Hate and the MacArthur Foundation’s Safety and Justice Challenge.
Prior to joining Fenton, Olivia was a William Randolph Hearst Fellow at The Aspen Institute Program on Philanthropy and Social Innovation (PSI) in Washington, DC. This experience provided her with a new perspective on the purpose of social change, which reaffirmed her hope to strengthen both nonprofit organizations and the sector as a whole.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services & Social Justice from the George Washington University.
