Laura Gomez is the Director of Human Resources of Fenton. She provides strategic HR support to all Fenton offices and serves as a partner in implementing best practices in recruiting, training and development, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion.
Laura is an accomplished HR professional who has worked her entire career in creative/entrepreneurial and multi-cultural environments. Prior to Fenton, Laura worked for various public relations, advertising/marketing agencies and entertainment firms such as Taylor Strategy, GlobalHue, Ryan Partnership and Sean “Diddy” Combs. Laura received a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Rhode Island and is certified by the Society of Human Resources as a Senior Human Resources Professional.
