Director, Project Management | Vancouver
Kim is Director, Project Management with Fenton’s Client Service Operations team. In this role, Kim shapes our firm’s project management approach, overseeing a team of project managers, supporting business-critical Special Projects, and standardizing processes that enable Fenton to consistently deliver high-quality client services and products.
In addition to this cross-company role, Kim also serves as the operational lead for our firm’s most complex contracts. As the architect of Fenton’s large, high-performing teams, she has led some of our most critical and creative engagements over the last seven years, including a national anti-racism rally, an award-winning, a 100-organization surround-sound Census campaign, and multiple CSR and public health initiatives for Fortune 40 companies and national philanthropies alike.
Kim has a multimedia background across digital content, creative and earned media, and over 10 years of experience in project, campaign and event management. She graduated Cum Laude from American University with a Bachelor’s in Public Health. Kim writes in her free time; her work has been published by The Development Set/Bright Magazine, Upworthy, and HuffPost.
