Kim is an experienced project manager and an imaginative campaign strategist. As the architect of Fenton’s large, high-performing teams, she has shaped some of the company’s most critical and creative engagements over the last six years: she managed a national anti-racism rally in 2018, organized an award-winning, 100-organization digital campaign to get out the census in 2020, and has brought to life multiple CSR and global health initiatives in the last two years.
Kim brings to her clients 12 years of experience independently managing complex projects and events, six years of experience in integrated social impact communications and campaigns, and five years of experience in managing and building successful teams.
In her free time, Kim reads and writes narrative nonfiction about the immigrant experience and voluntourism. Her writing has appeared in The Development Set/Bright Magazine, Upworthy, HuffPost, and Project Yellow Dress. Her travel essay is featured in a new book: treadbrightlybook.com.
