Accoount Executive, Strategic Communications | LA
Hannah is an Account Executive, Strategic Communications at Fenton. She comes from a multidisciplinary background in public policy, applied research and community organizing around gender justice issues. Prior to her work at Fenton, Hannah received her Bachelor’s degree in Macro Social Work with a focus on gender justice and identity-based violence from the University of Vermont, and a Graduate Certificate in Gender, Leadership & Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Recognizing the power of media and communications in shaping our civic and political lives, Hannah turned her professional focus towards the media and communications field. She spent four years as a Researcher with the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, where she worked strategically within the media and entertainment industries to advance gender equity in global media. She is now pursuing her Master’s degree in Communications from the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism, where she is focusing her studies on strategic communication for social impact.
At Fenton, she is working on building out valuable communication leadership skills and expanding her skill set while providing meaningful strategic input and issue-expertise in the gender justice space. Hannah is particularly passionate about sexual and reproductive healthcare equity, media literacy and representation, and climate justice.
