Chimere Soltis

Chimére Soltis is the Director of Traffic Operations at Fenton, where she utilizes her 20+ years of industry experience- alongside her love for color-coded schedules and outside-of-the-box thinking; to aid in complete and timely execution within the Creative team. Chimére brings substantial erudition regarding industry best practices, vendor vetting, rate negotiations, and procedural setup, to name a few.

Being a mixed-race minority, Chimére has always been interested in racial equity. At her previous agency, Chimére helped create an ERG centered around the Black experience, with a board of associates that helped bring awareness to potentially tone def internal and external communications. Chimére graduated with a B.A. in Psychology, while being the only parent to twins and working full time- at the age of 33. This degree has helped her curate a transparent and authentic style of communication that she feels helps her gain and keep a trusted rapport with teammates and clients alike.
